- Orders placed after 4 PM → next business day processing
- Fresh & handcrafted items (Bilona Ghee, Cow Ghee, Buffalo Ghee, etc.) require quality-check before dispatch.

3. Delivery Time (India Level)
- Standard Delivery (All India): 5–7 Business Days
- Metro Cities: 3–5 Days
- Remote Locations: 7–10 Days
Delivery time may vary due to:

4. Shipping Charges
- ₹49 – ₹79 standard charge (weight/category based)
- Heavy items (Gobar Khad, Mitti, Bulk packs): charges differ based on courier weight slabs
- Free Shipping offers may apply during promotions

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD available on selected pincodes across India.
COD fee may apply depending on order value.
