At Vedic Swaad, hum customers ko fresh, natural aur high-quality products deliver karne ke liye committed hain. Agar aapko koi issue aata hai, toh hum easy aur transparent return/refund/cancellation support provide karte hain.


1. Return Policy

✔ Returns Accepted Only If:

Aapko damaged, leaked, broken, expired, or wrong product receive hua ho.

❌ Returns Not Accepted For:

  • Product opened or used
  • Change of mind
  • Product smell, taste, colour difference — natural products may vary
  • Wrong order placed by customer
  • Discounted or clearance items

Return Request Window:

You must raise a return request within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.

Return Process:

  1. Take clear photos/videos of the issue.
  2. Send details to us at WhatsApp/Email.
  3. Our team will verify the issue.
  4. If approved, a replacement or refund will be provided.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided in the following cases:

✔ Refund Eligible:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product damaged/leaked/broken
  • Product missing in shipment
  • Order cancelled before dispatch

Refund Method:

Refund will be issued via:

  • UPI
  • Bank transfer
  • Original mode of payment

Refund Timeline:

Refund is processed within 3–7 business days after approval.


3. Replacement Policy

Agar product defective ya wrong deliver hua ho, to replacement priority diya jata hai.

Replacement will NOT be provided if:

  • Product used ho chuka ho
  • Packaging destroyed by customer
  • Customer mistake (wrong item ordered)

4. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Allowed When:

  • Order not yet shipped
  • Payment failure

Cancellation NOT Allowed When:

  • Order already dispatched
  • COD order verified & out for delivery

How to Cancel:

If the order is already shipped, cancellation cannot be done.


5. Missing Product or Wrong Quantity

Agar order me koi item missing hai, to delivery video/photo share karna zaroori hai.
Issue verify karne ke baad missing item ship ya refund kiya jayega.


6. Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges for:

  • Taste issues
  • Preference changes
  • Wrong purchase by customer
  • Natural variation in handmade products

7. Important Notes

  • Natural food products may have minor colour/texture variations.
  • Ghee & dairy-based products are non-returnable unless damaged.
  • Bulk orders (business customers) follow special terms.
  • Courier delays are not eligible for refunds.
